Healthy gravy mix recipe at home

some mixes are full of sauces and additives make your fish and chicken coating in a healthy way. many people go for tastes but not for healthy, just try tasty mix in a healthier manner but you and your body get benefits.



To make grilled chicken or fish :

For coating :

Ingredients :

Ginger : one inch

Garlic : 6

Chicken ; ½ kg

Turmeric : 1 tsp

Salt : 1 tsp

Pepper : 2 tsp

Chilli powder – 1 tsp

Oil – 1 tsp

Curd – 20ml

Coriander powder : 1 tsp

Garam masala : 1 tsp

Lemon – 1

METHOD:

• Mix it in a container and soak chicken in it for 2 hours

• If you need green chicken add mint and coriander paste – 3 tsp

• Then pre heat oven at 180 c for 10 mins

• Then place each piece over grill without touching one another

• It may take upto 20 – 30 mins to be cooked .

• Then serve hot
